Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Saharsa Rail P.S. Case No. 15 of 2016 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He has not been put on Test Identification Parade. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 14.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53807 of 2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3331 of 2017 (2) dt.27-02-2017 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Saharsa Rail P.S. Case No. 15 of 2016, G.R. (R) Rail No. 73 of 2016.
