Petitioner is in custody in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 112 of 2019 for the offence under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific overt act against these petitioners. In the instant case allegation is levelled against 20 persons who assaulted the deceased. The petitioner is member of the mob. The petitioner is in custody since 28.3.2019. Considering the fact that there is no specific overt act against this petitioner and he is member of the mob, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner,
