2. The petitioner has moved the Court under Section 19(4) of The Family Courts Act, 1984 against the judgment dated 31.05.2016, passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Aurangabad in Maintenance Case No. 45 of 2016 by which the petitioner has been directed to pay Rs. 6,000/- per month maintenance to the opposite party as also the daughter and son.
3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter be disposed off with liberty to approach before the Court below under Section 127 of the
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.201 of 2018(4) dt.13-09-2019 2/2 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for any review, recall or modification of the order granting maintenance.
4. Having regard to the aforesaid, the application stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.
