In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner and the direction of the learned lower Appellate Court in paragraph 12 of the order dated 20.1.2018, the learned Trial Court is directed to take steps for disposal of the suit expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
