2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 420/423 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that the petitioner obtained appointment on the post of Sevika on the basis of forged educational certificates.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that without proper verification and enquiry, petitioner's certificates have been declared to be forged and fabricated. Petitioner has already been terminated from the post. Co-accused, with similar allegation, have already been allowed pre-arrest bail by a coordinate bench of this Court vide order passed in Cr.Mis.No. 25673/2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64199 of 2023(2) dt.17-10-2023 2/2 for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in Mufassil Police Station Case No. 196 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
