=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 29-04-2015 Heard counsel for the petitioner and the respondents. In this case petitioner has prayed for initiation of contempt proceeding for violating order dated 21st September 2012 passed in CWJC No. 17671 of 2012 by which direction was given by this Court to the Engineer Inchief to consider the representation of the petitioner and to pass order in accordance with law has not been carried.

Counsel for the State has submitted that vide letter no. 2390(E) dated 10th April 2014 grievance of the petitioner has been redressed as it is

Patna High Court MJC No.6401 of 2012 dt.29-04-2015 2/2 apparent from Clause 4 of the said letter that work upto Rs.25,00,000/- has been ear marked for the unemployed engineers.

As the Engineer In-chief has directed the Superintending Engineer to earmark the work worth Rs.20,00,000/- to Rs.25,00,000/- for the unemployed Engineers, counsel for the State submits that by enhancing limit, the grievance of petitioner has been redressed.

In such view of the matter, there is no need to proceed in the matter any more. This petition is accordingly, dismissed. Jay/- (Shivaji Pandey, J) U
