The petitioner is accused in connection with Chanpatia P.S. Case No. 258 of 2016, registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. but in course of investigation police got recorded the confessional statement of one Anwar Ansari, who disclosed about committing loot of tractor with the help of six other persons and keeping the same in lonely place in the field and thereafter this petitioner and one Dhananjay Yadav put the grass over the tractor to conceal the same. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3815 of 2017 (2) dt.14-02-2017 submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 17.12.2016.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Chanpatia P.S.
