The present writ petition pertains to a dispute under the provisions of Bihar Consolidation of Holdings and Prevention of Fragmentation Act, 1956, which is a Scheduled Act under Section 9 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009, and as such, the court considers that this dispute can well be adjudicated by the Bihar Land Tribunal. Accordingly, in view of proviso to Section 15 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009, the Registry is directed to transmit the record of this case to the Bihar Land Tribunal forthwith.

It will be open for the petitioner to raise all the points which have been raised in the present petition before the Bihar Land Tribunal (Rakesh Kumar, J) Praful/- U
