The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sahebpurkamal P.S. Case No.381 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,323,307,427,504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Admittedly the occurrence took place on account of grazing of the land of the petitioner by the cattle belonging to the informant's side. There is land litigation between the parties. The allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted on the head of one Nageshwar Yadav. It is submitted that the injury caused has been found to be simple in nature.
Considering the aforementioned facts and that the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32348 of 2016 (2) dt.09-08-2016 2/2 petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Begusarai, in connection with Sahebpurkamal P.S. Case No. 381 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J.) ravi/- U T
