This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code has been added.

In the free-fight co-accused, Bhikhari Yadav, assaulted to Birendra Yadav on head, as a result whereof Birendra Yadav died, during the Court of treatment, Bhikhari Yadav had also sustained injury.

Submission is that the petitioner carried Bhikhari Yadav for treatment, hence, accused in this case.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no other allegation against the petitioner. Relying on the statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner, aforesaid, as well as the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 67 of 2014 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara , or successor Court.
