The petitioner is in custody since 21.04.2019 in connection with Chouri P.S. Case No.64/2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b) a,26,35 of the IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioner categorically submits that there was no recovery from his conscious possession and the case which have been stated in para-3 with regard to his antecedent are all on the basis of land dispute between himself and one Gopali Rai and Jai Rai with whom he has previous enmity and in all such cases he has been granted the privilege of bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is willing to appear as and when required in connection with the present case and shall not tamper with any evidence.
