Counsel for the petitioners submits that in respect of casually engaged persons for sprinkling DDT, panel is being prepared in the District of Gopalganj for considering their case for regularization/appointment.

It is submitted that petitioners would make their claim by giving the details of their engagement so as to avail the benefit of exercise being taken by the Authority.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the same writ petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioners to approach the District Magistrate respondent no. 2 by making a detailed representation along with copy of this order within a period of four weeks.
