JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 23-08-2019 The issue involved in the present writ petition is determination of inter se seniority between the petitioner and respondent No. 9 and posting of senior most teacher as Incharge Head Master of the school in question.

Although there is no post of Incharge Headmaster, it is only a working arrangement for the purpose of smooth functioning of the school but in the matter of posting of In-charge

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Education Officer, Madhubani to hear the petitioner as well as respondent no. 9 and determine their inter se seniority within a period of one month from today and thereafter he shall take step for posting of senior most teacher as Incharge Headmaster of the school in question until regular headmaster is posted. The entire exercise must be completed within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
