3. As per the FIR, on 06.05.2025, in the night, 1520 persons entered into the house of the informant, assaulted her old mother-in-law, snatched earrings, torn the clothe of the informant and one of them assaulted the informant on her head causing head injury. They also snatched Rs. 50,000/- kept by the

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offense in the manner alleged and he has falsely been implicated in this case on the basis of general and omnibus allegations. From the FIR, it appears that the name of the person who assaulted the informant has not been disclosed. Petitioner is having no criminal antecedent. From perusal of the impugned order, it transpires that injury sustained by the victim is simple in nature.
5. Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the parties and taking into consideration the fact that general and omnibus allegation is there against the petitioner and the victim has sustained simple injury, I am inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of anticipatory bail.
6. This application is, accordingly, allowed.
7. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Mashrakh Police Station Case No. 196 of 2025, subject to the condition laid down under
