Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Islampur P.S.Case No.127 of 2019 dated 1.4.2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Rule 4/26 (a) and 40 of the Bihar Minor Minerals Concession Rules, 1972..

Allegation against the petitioner is that he was running Bricks Kiln without renewal of licence.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that till 2016, he has deposited amount for renewal of the licence and now he has closed the Bricks Kiln as he has not deposited the same.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.60676 of 2019(2) dt.24-09-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Islampur P.S.Case No.127 of 2019 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
