1. The present writ petition has been filed for directing the State respondents to remove the encroachment made over Sarvasadharan Anavad land, appertaining to Khesra No.4340 and 4392, Revenue Circle No.20, situated at Benipur, District-Darbhanga.

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Benipur, District-Darbhanga, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
