The petitioner prays for anticipatory bail in a complaint case registered under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the marriage of the petitioner with the complainant had taken place nearly six years ago and only on account of certain differences between the husband and wife, a false case on the basis of false allegations has been lodged against the petitioner. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that the petitioner, Kishore Paswan, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today, shall be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35478 of 2014 (2) dt.20-02-2015 bail bond of Rs.7,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Biraul at Benipur in Complaint Case No.239 of 2013 (Tr. NO.790 of 2013) subject to the other applicable conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
