JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-01-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case, direction is issued to the concerned authority to consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same within a specified time considering the order dated 09.07.2008 passed by this Court in M.J.C. no. 3082 of 2006 and the letter of the Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical officer, Madhepura dated 24.07.2010.

The petitioner, if so advised, may file a representation before the concerned authority regarding redressal of his grievance on the aforesaid two grounds within two weeks from today and the concerned authority may dispose of the same within four weeks thereafter by a reasoned and speaking order. The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
