The petitioner is in custody since 28.07.2019 in connection with Raushanganj (Bankebazar) P.S. Case No. 19 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272/273/279 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries were not from the conscious possession of the petitioner nor is he the owner of the seized vehicle. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on
