1. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 81 of 2025, dated 15.05.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Section 317(5) of B.N.S and Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

2. Heard Mr. Shiv Prasad Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms. Nirmala Kumari, learned APP for the State and perused the FIR as well as the trial court's order.

3. In the facts and circumstances of this case and mainly considering petitioner's the pleas that there is no independent witness in the seizure list with regard to the recovery of the alleged firearms and motorcycles and further as per the FIR the alleged two recovered motorcycles were brought by the co-accused Anand Mohan, who is on bail, and also taking

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59447 of 2025(2) dt.29-08-2025 2/2 note of the petitioners' custody period and the completion of investigation against them, this court is inclined to release them on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioners named-above be enlarged on bail in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 81 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
