This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 304B, 120B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is father-in-law. He is in custody since 26.05.2016.
As submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner there is general and omni bus allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same, as a result whereof Beauty Kumari died unnatural death in her matrimonial house.
Considering the period already gone, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 85 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger, or successor Court.
