2. Office has pointed out that the defects have not been removed in compliance of orders dated 28.10.2024 and 28.11.2024 respectively.

3. Perusal of order dated 28.11.2024 shows while granting time of six weeks to the petitioner for removal of defects, it has been made clear that failure in removal of defects would result in dismissal of the petition still, the defects have not been removed and learned counsel for the petitioner seeks further time for removal of defects.
