The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Saharsa P.S. Case No. 377 of 2015 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504, 379, 384, 386 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and the specific allegation is attributed to the co-accused, Golu Yadav. Hence, the petitioner may be granted the privilege of anticipatory bail.

Case No. 377 of 2015 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
