The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Katoriya P.S. Case No. 13 of 2022 for the offence registered under Sections 376 and 452 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of POCSO Act.

The allegation against the petitioner who is own uncle of the victim of outraging her modesty along with other accused persons and subsequently, she alleged that her uncle also raped her.

Considering the heinous allegation that has come against the own uncle of the informant and the perverted mind that the accused have, this is not a fit case for any accused in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59151 of 2022(2) dt.06-02-2023 2/2 civil society to remain outside, the anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
