Learned counsel submits that petitioner has worked but not paid salary prior to the date of termination. If that is so, the respondents are hereby directed to examine whether the petitioner has rendered service prior to termination and whether he was paid salary or not? If it is found that petitioner was not paid salary prior to termination despite rendering service the respondents are required to work out the entitlement of the petitioner for payment of salary for the period prior to
