The petitioner is in custody in a case registered under Sections 120(B)/414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a/26/35 of Arms Act.

It is alleged that on secret information, Sub-Inspector of Police posted at Laxmipur Police Station with his raiding party reached at Mohanpur More and caught two persons. On search one country made pistol, three live cartridges, one Nokia Mobile with SIM and some articles were recovered.

On behalf of the petitioner it has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 13.11.2014 and charge sheet has been submitted in this case. It is further submitted that one

Considering the facts aforesaid, let above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Jamui, in Laxmipur P.S.Case No. 206/14.
