The petitioner is in custody in connection with S.T. No. 291 of 2019 arising out of Kusheshwar Asthan P.S. Case No. 23 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 302, 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner surfaced on the confessional statement of co-accused Bechan Yadav and it is alleged that the deceased accompanied Bechan Yadav on 23.01.2019 but he did not return back. The dead body of the deceased was found near Jibachh Jha brick-kiln. Petitioner is in custody since 26.01.2019. Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to
