Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Town (Nawada) P.S. Case No. 691 of 2013 registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. There is specific allegation that the petitioner on the order of his father fired which hit on the left shoulder of the informant.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner no.1 is brother-in-law of the informant. The sister of the informant earlier filed a case against the petitioner and that is why the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It appears that there is specific allegation that the petitioner fired which hit on the shoulder and the doctor has found one wound exit and one wound of entry , hence I
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34887 of 2014 (2) dt.12-03-2015 2/2 am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. The same is rejected. The petitioner if so advised may surrender in the court below and seek regular bail. If such an application is filed, the court below shall pass order in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this court.
