This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
The petitioner and others indiscriminately fired at Digambar Mandal @ Matra causing his death.
The informant is eye witness of the occurrence. The doctor has found multiple fire arm injuries on the deceased. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
The prayer for bail is refused.
The Court below is directed to expedite the trial. The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after nine months from the date of receipt of this order in the trial Court, if the trial is not concluded within nine months. (Birendra Kumar, J) SA/- U √ T √
