Petitioners seek bail in connection with Pothia P.S. Case No. 185 of 2016 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition Excise Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case due to enmity and village politics. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. Petitioners have no criminal history and are in custody since 27.11.2016. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4172 of 2017 (2) dt.07-03-2017 2/2 each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Kishanganj in connection with Pothia P.S. Case No. 185 of 2016.
