2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Buxar Cyber P.S. Case No. 10 of 2025, dated 21.03.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 64, 123, 85, 351(2), (3) read with Section 3(5) of the BNS and under Section 66(C), 66(D), 66(E), 67 and 67(A) of the Information Technology Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant was earlier married to one Govind Kumar and has three children from that wedlock. The informant went to Puja Pharma to buy some medicine where the petitioner administered her intoxicating solution under the pretext of glucose and when she got unconscious, he disrobed her, committed bad act and made a

Thereafter, under pressure of the petitioner, the informant got divorced from her first husband and solemnized marriage with the petitioner. It is further alleged that the petitioner took informant to Hyderabad where he made her private picture viral and also threatened to kill her and her family.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The allegation levelled in the FIR is false and fabricated and the petitioner has not committed any such offence as alleged in the FIR. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner and the informant both are major and the informant solemnized marriage with the petitioner of her own free will. The petitioner has clean antecedent as stated in paragraph no. 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 11.06.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59728 of 2025(2) dt.01-09-2025 3/3 furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Buxar Cyber P.S. Case No. 10 of 2025.
