The petitioner is languishing in custody in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 384, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged against all the F.I.R named accused persons including the petitioner that they came at the door of the informant, made assault to the informant and demanded extortion of Rs. 50,000/- to the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59258 of 2022(2) dt.04-02-2023 2/2 petitioner that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. There is no accusation of repeating the blow. The petitioner is in custody since 04.03.2022.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Chousa P.S. Case No. 267 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Shageer/- U T
