JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02/ 17.07.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Nagar P. S. case no. 31/2014 registered under sections 406, 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be rice miller and accusation against her is that she did not supply rice as per agreement executed between the parties and misappropriated huge government money. Furthermore, it is informed that several cases were instituted against different persons and this court as well as coordinate benches of this court have granted privilege of anticipatory bail to different persons taking note of terms of agreement executed between the parties.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as

No.26152 of 2015 (2) dt.17-07-2015 submissions of the parties, in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in Nagar P. S. case no. 31/2014 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
