ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 27-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 27.07.2019 in connection with C.I. Case No. 168 of 2019, registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recovery has been made from the Maruti car in which the petitioner was travelling and of which he had no knowledge. It is further submitted that in view of the fact that the alleged recoveries were not from the conscious possession and petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Case No. 168 of 2019.
