2. The petitioner is in custody since 05.10.2016 in connection with Excise Case No. 120 of 2016-17 (Special Case No. 26 of 2016) for the offences alleged under Section 20(B) of the N.D.P.C. Act and Section 30(A) of the Bihar Excise Act.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with recovery of 200 grams of ganja and the prosecution story is denied by the petitioner. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.
4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody since 05.10.2016 already suffered, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Madhepura in connection with Excise Case No. 120 of 2016-17 (Special Case No. 26 of 2016).
