The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Hathauri (Shivajinagar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 15 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) & 37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

There is recovery of 750 ml. liquor from a car and two persons, who were sitting in the car, were apprehended. The petitioner is said to have been the third person sitting in the said car, who managed to flee away.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his
