After many a rounds of litigations right from the High Court till the Apex Court, some set of persons adding up to 531 have already been appointed against Advertisement No.1/1999. Writ has now been filed for cancellation of final result as well as not to give effect to the result so published.
2. Since appointment has already been made, the appointment will be required to be challenged by the petitioners on the grounds which may be available to them afresh.
3. The present writ application, therefore, is required to be dismissed with liberty as above.
