1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No.112 of 2023, registered for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 325, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to enable him to surrender before the learned Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No.112 of 2023 and file appropriate petition for grant of regular bail, however seeks a direction upon the learned Trial Court to consider and dispose off the bail petition, to be filed by the petitioner, on the very same day. It is directed accordingly.
