Accordingly, as prayed for by this application, the punishment imposed indicated as dismissal in all places of the order passed on 12.01.2018 in LPA No. 981 of 2017 be read as
Patna High Court MJC No.394 of 2018 (2) dt.21-02-2018 2/2 punishment of forfeiture of pension.
The application stands allowed accordingly.
