The petitioner is accused in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 777 of 2013, registered under Sections 467, 469, 471 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that while petitioner was selected as constable, but the photograph as collected during the physical test in the name of petitioner was different. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after investigation, the Chargesheet has been submitted by the Police. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent is in custody since 08.12.2016.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6233 of 2017 (2) dt.07-03-2017 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM-IV, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 777 of 2013.
