3. On being satisfied with the reasons mentioned in this application, explaining omission on the part of the

Patna High Court MJC No.2559 of 2023(3) dt.25-02-2025 2/2 petitioner, C.W.J.C. No.583 of 2023 is restored to its original file.

4. Accordingly, this restoration application is allowed.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defect (s) as pointed out by the office within four weeks in C.W.J.C. No.583 of 2023.
