The Petitioner seeks bail in Ara Nawada P.S. Case No.383 of 2013 instituted under Section(s) 395, 397 Indian Penal Code pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara.

Considering that the Petitioner was subsequently identified in the Test Identification Parade, I am not inclined to grant him bail.

Prayer for bail is rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial for which reason the Trial Court shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for their examination along with a copy of this order to the concerned Superintendent of Police, who is
