JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-07-2015 The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Govindpur P.S. Case No.72/14 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 307, 379 and 448 of the I.P.C. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The prosecution case, in brief, is that the informant received Rs.50,000/- for colony out of which his three neighbours demanded money for wine upon which the informant protested. On 11.7.2014 again they demanded and when the informant denied all the accused persons including the petitioners having variously armed with deadly weapons assaulted the informant. His nephew took him to Sadar Hospital for treatment. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28889 of 2015 (2) dt.24-07-2015 2/2 that there is case and counter case. Both parties are agnates The injuries are said to be simple in nature.He has no criminal antecedent.

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six months from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C. J.M., Nawada, in Govindpur P.S. Case No.72/14 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C. (Sudhir Singh, J) AnilKrSinha/- U T
