After persuasion both the parties are ready for amicable settlement. The Regional Manager of Oriental Insurance Company Ltd. is ready to pay Rs. 50,000/- without interest to the appellant. The appellant and her learned counsel are ready for that amount. Accordingly, the Respondent. No.

1 is directed to deposit the amount of Rs. 50,000/- within two months from today before 3rd Addl. District Judge-cumMotor Vehicle Accident Claims Tribunal, Rohtas at Sasaram and after deposit of the said amount the learned Tribunal shall pay the said amount to the appellant/claimant after proper verification within 15 days. Accordingly this Miscellaneous Appeal is hereby disposed of.
