The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on Section 412 of the Indian Penal Code was added. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of co-accused Raj Kumar. The looted motorcycle was recovered from an abandoned house. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 01.08.2014 and has not been put on test identification parade.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26653 of 2015 (2) dt.28-07-2015 2/2 each to the satisfaction of Smt. S. Kriti, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Naugachia, Bhagalpur in Parbatta P.S. Case No. 118 of 2013.
