A.C. to G.A. 10 for the State is present. He points out that counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no.4. On perusal of the application it appears that the petitioner is raising a grievance with respect to non payment of honorarium of the post of Panchayat Shiksha Mitra (PSM) for which she has worked.
Learned counsel for the State has drawn attention of the Court to the application filed by her before the District Teachers' Employment appellate Authority (for short 'the Authority') wherein it is admitted that after 2005 she was not continued a as PSM.
In the light of the judgment of this Court in the case of
Patna High Court CWJC No.19552 of 2010 (3) dt.22-01-2015 2 / 2 Smt. Renu Kumari Pandey (2011 (4) PLJR 297) affirmed by the Full Bench in the case of Kalpana Rani ((2014 (2) PLJR 665) no such grievance can be agitated. In my view, that is the reason for non appearance of the petitioner.
Be that as it may, since nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioner to press this writ application, the same is dismissed for non prosecution.
