This application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 09.04.2015 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Madhubani in connection with Khajouli P.S. Case No. 106 of 2011, by which cognizance has been taken against the petitioners for offence under Section 228 of the Cr.P.C.

The impugned order dated 09.04.2015, an application for discharge has been rejected by learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Madhubani.

In view of the above this quashing petition is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27089 of 2015(2) dt.15-02-2023 2/2 dismissed only on the ground that learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to give the stage of the trial. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
