JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Although, petitioner is named in the first information report but only suspicion has been raised against him. The impugned order goes to show that in course of investigation, the witnesses supported the statement of informant and the aforesaid fact goes to show that none had seen the actual killing of the deceased.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62724 of 2019(2) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- 1st Begusarai in connection with Mansoor Chak P.S. Case No. 102 of 2018.
