Learned counsel for the petitioner has informed this Court that the OA No. 33 of 2014 is already disposed of by the Railway Claims Tribunal, Patna Bench on 14.08.2015 and it appears from the writ petition that the Railway has challenged the order dated 14.05.2015 passed in OA No. 33 of 2014 and now the said OA No. 33 of 2014 has been disposed of. Hence, the present writ petition has become infructuous and therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw this writ application.
