Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier he was informed by the stamp reporter that his petition vide Token No. 52350 of 2016 was dismissed due to non-removal of defects. Learned counsel for the petitioner also met the Registrar, List and Computer who suggested to file a fresh petition for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner suggested the petitioner to surrender before the court below. The petitioner has already surrendered before the court below, thereafter, this case is placed 'For Orders' to remove defect nos. 13 and 14 as pointed out by the stamp reporter.

The Registrar, List and Computer is directed to look into the matter and take steps so that such things may not happen in future.
